for a more tl;dr intro, he's a quiet kid who has lived kind of uneducated and isolated up until now and this is his first taste of being in an atmosphere where socializing and learning are kind of...requirements. he knows rudimentary english, but will mostly communicate with people wordlessly using visual cues. this is honestly super fun in terms of rping, and i hope to have fun with y'all here!

When I read your AU history and the first thing that came up was the Russification basically I just kind of... cackled. Please allow Luvander to be infinitely sorry for his motherland kind of being HUGELY DICKISH in recent history.
